A Corporate University is run by the Company, allowing covering of almost all the requirements in training of qualified personnel. The following organizations are main partners of Rostvertol plc in implementation of educational programs for specialists of various grades: Professional School No.8, Aviation College of Don State Technical University, Don State Technical University (Aircraft Building Department was established), Institute of Aviation Industry Innovations and Management of Rostov-on-Don, Personnel Training Center of Rostvertol plc (training at the Company facilities).
Structure of personnel service of Rostvertol Plc includes personnel department, training of personnel center, Rostvertol Plc museum, “Za doblesniy trud” (For valorous work) newspaper office. Training of personnel center is licensed subdivision which performs rapid and professional preparation (from 3 up to 6 months) of labors under 100 professions and advanced training of management and specialists in different areas. Training, retraining and advanced training is made by more than 1500 people.
